Eric W. Nelson

​ Eric has over 30 years of experience supporting agencies such as the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity, and military missions performing both technical and management functions. Over 15 of these years is experience in increasing responsibility as program/project manager. In 2011, Eric retired from the United States Marine Corps as a Master Intelligence Analysis Officer with extensive experience All-Source Intelligence Fusion, Geospatial Intelligence and Strategic planning experience. A certified Program Management Professional who also holds a Program Management Level II Acquisition Certification from the Defense Acquisition University, a Master Instructor Certification from the Navy and Marine Corps Intelligence Community, a Bachelors in Business Administration and a Master’s of Science in Management/Acquisition & Amp; Contract Management.

​As the Chief Operating Officer for Nelson Intelligence Solutions, Jeff is committed daily to ongoing staffing, office infrastructure, program oversight and project specific training and development. Jeff is a GIS professional with 25 years of combined experience in project management, ground and aerial surveying, data acquisition and dissemination in both CONUS and OCONUS environments. He has over 20 years of experience working on DoD/IC contracts involving all capacities of GIS data collection, analysis, and distribution. Jeff has 5 years of OCONUS Site Operations Management and flight operations within multiple theaters of operation. He specializes in producing both electronic and physical GIS products for warfighters, engineers, and planners in both military and civilian roles and is attuned to the necessity for customized deliveries with critical deadlines. He graduated magna cum laude in design and drafting and holds a separate certificate in Photogrammetry. Jeff’s goal is to always improve technics and efficiency while delivering the highest quality intelligence products possible.

Jeffrey Pozlin
Chief Operating Officer

​Chris has a BS in Geographic Information Systems and a second BS in Computer Information Systems. His work experience spans 20 years in GIS and IT fields. Before working at NiS, Chris worked for 12 years at the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center (ASBTDC). Chris successfully supervised graduate students in the extraction and publication of marketing data utilizing ESRI Business Analyst Online platform. Additionally, Chris extracted and mapped customer resource management data to be used for internal publication and grant proposals. Chris also specialized in IT technical support for the agency which included purchasing, maintenance, and tracking inventory for asset management. Prior to ASBTDC, Chis worked for the Institute for Economic Advancement in GIS. There he maintained GIS data sets for statewide use. Additionally, he maintained Census geographies for use within the State of Arkansas and the Census Bureau. Other duties included GIS mapping for use on public projects within the State of Arkansas. His technical background began in telecommunications, working for over 10 years on large communications projects for state and local governments. His duties involved creating and maintaining large databases for Ericsson private business phone systems which later evolved into installation and maintenance of wireless communications for private business.

Belinda has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources and Personnel Security supporting agencies as the Defense Intelligence Agency, the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, the Defense Counterintelligence and Intelligence Agency and the Joint Chiefs of Staff (Pentagon). Retiring in 2013 from the United States Army as a Human Resources Manager, Belinda currently holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management (Concentration in Organization and Human Resource Development), Master of Arts in Criminal Justice, Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology and an Associate in Liberal Arts.

Martin Jones is the VP of Business Development. In this role, Martin leads all business development, capture, and proposal teams to deliver mission-enhancing services and solutions to NiS customers. Martin has over 20 years of experience in multiple leadership roles throughout the government services sector, including General Dynamics Information Technology, Boos Allen Hamilton, and Empower AI, where Martin has served as a member of Empower AI Center of Excellence, delivering Customer Relationship Management solutions for high-tech clients. Martin has over 20 years of Program Management experience supporting DoD Intelligence Community projects. Martin has 4 years of experience in Imagery exploitation while serving in the United States Marine Corps. Martin holds a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from UMUC. In addition, Martin holds several industry certifications to include Project Management Professional since 2010.

Keith has over 20 years of experience in Geospatial Intelligence, conducting project management, collection management, and geospatial analysis while serving in the United States Marine Corps. During his service, he led and supervised various intelligence sections throughout US CENTOM, PACOM, and EUCOM while supporting combat operations and numerous mission rehearsals. Keith has served as a Senior Instructor for the Beginner and Intermediate Geospatial-Intelligence Specialist courses at the National Geospatial-Intelligence College and a curriculum developer for the United States Marine Corps. He has experience in joint and operational intelligence planning while supporting substantial staff requirements. Keith is a certified US Special Operations Command full-motion video – processing, exploitation, and dissemination (FMV-PED) mission manager and maintains a National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, GEOINT Professional Certification – Geospatial Analysis Level II. As a Project Manager for Nelson Intelligence Solutions, Keith guides the planning, execution, and completion of each project life cycle by managing relationships, scheduling, budgeting, and documenting all project information. He has expertise with GIS software including Esri’s ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro, ENVI, ERDAS IMAGINE, and SOCET GXP in addition to Project MAVEN server applications and the MAVEN Smart System.

Charles Reed is a retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 4 Geospatial Intelligence Officer (125D) with over 32 years of Geospatial Information and Services, managerial, and geographic intelligence experience. He is a former Voting member of the Foundation Data Requirements Sub-Committee (FRSCOM); and reported SOUTHCOM Geospatial Requirements to the GEOINT NSG Operations Executive (NOX). Well-versed with the JSCP and NIPF directives and how the documents are the primary vehicles that direct the preparation of joint plans. Reviewed, edited, and contributed content to CJCSI 3901.01D (Requirements for Geospatial Information and Services). As Program Manager, he has managed the Software Development lifecycle (SDLC) of two U.S. Army programs of record and was responsible for the review and submittal of SDLC documents such as Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs), Software Development Plan (SDPs), System Development and Demonstration (SDDs), Software Design Reviews (SDRs), Software Test Plans (STPs), and Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M’s).
